What is BrainCrafts

I started my #BrainCrafts journey in april of 2024. This site is a place for me to display my work, spread the word of a charity that I truly feel I can relate to and last but not least to help others get started with their own BrainCrafts.

My intention is to have a fluent update on my work in here and slowly filling out all the tabs and adding to my BrainCrafts Crochet Academy. In time I hope to put more patterns and tutorials up as well.

An old piece of wood turned into a beautiful gift

My mom just had her birthday, so I thought I would make her something.

From the rotted looking piece on the left (below) to the stool. I am very pleased with the result🤠

Trying out markets

I was talked into selling some of my stuff at a market - Søvind market dage 3/5-2026.

Making a few smaller items and a stand to display the things I am trying to sell.

The kindness of others

A friend of my mothers reached out the other day, because they had some wood they didn't know what to do with. So they thought of me and offered it to me🥰

Kindness goes a long way! And now I have wood for a long time 🤩

The wood is mirabelle plum and has the most beautiful red hue when worked.

A kind stranger!

At my first ever market I was approachet by a woman, who wanted to give me some old walnut logs she had from when a tree in their garden was cut to size years ago. She wanted them to go to someone who would appreciate the wood. And she thought of me!🥰 I am incredibly grateful! This is what I have made from it so far. The tray is for her😍
